how do i tighten this part of the skate board?

its problem with the trucks… sry for the confusing parts….

ya u have to stand it up and ***** it clockwise to titen it. that controls how much manual turn u hav

You need a wrench that fits onto the bolt. That will help you tighten the trucks.
